MERCERVILLE, NJ (August 2, 2010) – Twenty-five dedicated Gloria Nilson, REALTORS®, Real Living agents in the company’s Western offices recently completed a relocation designation course at the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce in Mercerville, NJ.  The sales associates who passed the course, which provided them with the expert credentials to serve today’s corporate mobility clients, are now certified Corporate Mobility Specialists.

The comprehensive program focuses on such key areas as Broker Marketing Analysis valuation, techniques for managing transferee behavior, the internal decision-making tactics used to complete property repairs and improvements, and methods for understanding and handling the negotiation process and counter offers.  In completing this course, Gloria Nilson, REALTORS®, Real Living agents demonstrate a strong desire to be as highly qualified as possible when helping relocating clients buy or sell property.
