Gloria Nilson, REALTORS® and 10 of its sales associates were recently honored with two national awards from GMAC Real Estate for exceptional real estate sales performance in 2009. The company ranked in the Top 10 of all GMAC companies World-wide in 2009, for both Closed Units and Gross Commission Income (GCI), making it one of the top performing companies in the network of over 600 offices and 15,000 sales professionals.

Team winners included Marc Geller in Princeton Junction and Linda Schwarz in South Brunswick, who each ranked in the Top 50 Teams for Closed Units and for Gross Commission Income; and Gloria Nilson in Shrewsbury, who ranked in the Top 50 Teams for GCI.

Individual award winners included Mario Venancio in Rumson, who ranked in the Top 10 for Gross Commission Income and the Top 100 for Closed Units; Kin “Ken” Lee in Princeton Junction and Maureen Enderly in Ocean Twp, who each ranked in the Top 100 for both Closed Units and for Gross Commission Income; Jane Heller in Rumson and Ellen Lefkowitz in Princeton, who each ranked in the Top 100 for GCI; and Dennis Breza in Hamilton, who ranked in the Top 100 for Closed Units.
